Top SchoolAlbert Weterings is an experienced entrepreneur and award-winning photographer who transitioned from founding and running multiple retail and franchise businesses to a creative career in photography and marketing. With decades of hands-on retail leadership—including selling his company in 2008—he has since built a notable photography practice (top 10 bridal photographer globally in 2020) and runs several photography ventures including real estate and commercial services. He combines commercial savvy with international development impact, having set up franchise operations and advised tourism and retail projects across Guatemala, Sri Lanka, Armenia and the Philippines through PUM. A seasoned mentor and board leader, he has chaired franchise and local business associations and coaches students and SMEs on marketing and entrepreneurship. After a 2020 accident he pivoted from long wedding days to focus on business photography and teaching, bringing a pragmatic, service-oriented approach informed by both creative awards and real-world operational experience.
