Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlberto Corona is a seasoned programmer with 13 years of experience shipping games and production systems from Chicago. He combines engine-level game development—including Unreal Engine 4 porting and platform integration for consoles and mixed reality—with large-scale storage and operations expertise gained at Comcast, where he helped maintain 30 PB of Ceph storage and built automation, observability, and remediation tools. Comfortable across code and infrastructure, he has backported engine features, optimized memory footprints for constrained platforms, and created CI/CD pipelines and cluster maintenance utilities for distributed storage. A Google Summer of Code contributor to The Linux Foundation, he has a proven ability to parse complex, evolving systems (e.g., varying Ceph JSON schemas) and translate diagnostics into operational tooling.
