Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlberto De La Cruz Grijalvo is a tech lead based in Madrid with 11 years of experience blending development, DevOps and product leadership to deliver robust enterprise solutions. He combines hands-on expertise in Python, Go and React with pragmatic XP practices—TDD, DDD, pair programming—and a strong focus on automation and fast feedback loops. His background in LAN/WiFi presales and telecoms (including IPv6 research and GPON/VoIP systems) gives him a rare cross-discipline view that aligns infrastructure, networking and application priorities. At Alea Soluciones he drives multidisciplinary teams, mentors engineers, and owns product vision while reducing bus factor through shared responsibilities. He is fluent in CI/CD, containerization, configuration management and cloud platforms (Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, AWS/GCP), and prefers building tooling that increases delivery speed and customer-driven iteration. Expect a leader who balances technical excellence with stakeholder communication and measurable product outcomes.
