Summary
👤
SeniorAlberto Navarro is a Principal Software Engineer with 11+ years of experience building high-performance, user-facing systems and developer-friendly platforms across Apple, Uber, Spotify, Amazon, and startups. He specializes in migrating monolithic frontends to scalable federated and backend-driven architectures, having led major transformations for Uber Eats Web and Spotify Ads that enabled independent deployments and cross-platform feature parity. Alberto blends front-end expertise (React, TypeScript) with backend systems design (Go, AWS, Lambda@Edge) to deliver sub-second experiences and resilient content delivery at scale. He has a track record of inventing reusable validation and caching architectures—one resulting in a patent submission at Amazon—and mentoring engineers to become full‑stack contributors. Based in Jersey City, he pairs a Master of Computer Science from UT Austin with entrepreneurial roots founded on building POS systems, giving him both product sensibility and hands‑on execution. Colleagues rely on him to translate ambiguous product needs into measurable, production-grade systems.
