Top SchoolAlec Charbonneau is a founding engineer and entrepreneur with eight years of experience building product-led, AI-driven platforms and developer-facing systems. He founded and scaled DevList—an LLM-powered recruitment product that indexed jobs and resumes, reached 15k+ users, became profitable within six months, and was successfully sold—while living and working across five continents. Prior roles at Stellar Development Foundation, Circle/SeedInvest, Assurely, and Infosys gave him deep experience in product engineering and leading engineering teams through acquisition and growth. He holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and a BS in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell, combining rigorous systems thinking with product and business acumen. Now at Etherealize as a founding engineer, he blends hands-on implementation with a founder’s instinct for rapid validation and scalable automation. Notably, Alec’s background shows a rare mix of cross-disciplinary engineering training, global mobility, and proven startup exit experience.
