Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlec Dusheck is a product-focused technologist and co-founder with nine years of experience designing and shipping scalable backend systems, PWAs, and distributed architectures. He blends hands-on development with product architecture, having led migrations of enterprise Java apps to modern Angular/Micronaut stacks and managed Flutter teams for digital health records at UnitedHealth Group. Alec has founded and iterated on developer-centric startups including an open-source bounty platform that was rebranded after acquisition, and now leads Bounty Laboratories in San Francisco. He’s obsessive about the end-user and pragmatic outcomes, asking "What will drive results now and in the future?" while architecting solutions that serve both Fortune 5 clients and small businesses. Uncommonly for a founder, he pairs product intuition with deep operational interest in Kubernetes-style distributed systems.
