Top SchoolAleix Amill is a Senior Software Engineer based in Barcelona with over six years of professional experience and a broad foundation dating back to systems and academic roles. He combines full-stack development, embedded systems design, database administration and network/server operations, having taken on technical lead and manager responsibilities in research-driven innovation projects. Aleix has applied this multidisciplinary skillset to build APIs, GIS/SaaS/IoT platforms, Android apps and robust backend services, and he’s comfortable owning a product from concept through user-facing interfaces. A hands-on problem solver, he also brings operational rigor from years as a systems and DB administrator, which helps him bridge development and production reliability. Notably, he interrupted his career for a long-distance bicycle tour across the continent, a detail that hints at resilience and independent initiative beyond his technical achievements.
