Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlejandro Alvarez is a seasoned full-stack engineer based in Pleasanton, CA, with a decade-long focus on building modular, high-performance web and mobile experiences across React, Angular, Node.js, and PHP ecosystems. He specializes in component-driven design (Atomic Design, Storybook), GraphQL integrations, and frontend performance optimization—having implemented GraphQL loaders, A/B experiments, and SpeedCurve monitoring in production. Alejandro has migrated legacy platforms to modern stacks, upgraded Angular across major versions, and built reusable UI systems with styled-components/styled-system and comprehensive testing (Jest, Detox). Comfortable across the full SDLC, he pairs hands-on implementation with product-minded concerns like analytics (Twilio Segment), cross-browser/device compatibility, and API validation. His background in project management and a master's in project direction help him bridge engineering delivery and stakeholder needs, while his repeated use of Storybook as a single source of truth hints at a strong emphasis on design consistency and developer ergonomics.
