Top SchoolAlejandro Aristi is a roadmap and product leader with 11+ years of experience turning strategy into operational products across retail, sustainability, and digital services. He has founded multiple startups and scaled Bonalto into a profitable end-to-end e-commerce operator that processed ~$900K in sales and ~11,000 orders in its first year through bespoke logistics and fulfilment systems. At IKEA he connects global strategy with local delivery, leading circularity initiatives and service platform optimisations across dozens of markets. His Master's research on emerging technologies for a circular plastics economy was award‑winning and informed a peer‑reviewed article, reflecting his blend of systems thinking, sustainability expertise and hands‑on product delivery. Comfortable facilitating cross-disciplinary teams, he is not a coder by trade but frequently drills into technical details to align engineering with business outcomes. Colocated in Amsterdam, he thrives in experimental, research-driven environments where rapid learning guides strategic choices.
