Top SchoolAlejandro Bodhert is a software engineering contractor based in Medellín with 10 years of experience building end-to-end web and mobile products, especially using Elixir, Phoenix/LiveView, JavaScript, and Postgres. He has strong DevOps chops—CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and large-scale migrations—from roles at PSL and Perficient, and has shipped fast, scalable features at startups like Mono (YC W22), including a white-label mobile app delivered in under a month. Alejandro combines solid algorithmic and software design foundations with excellent communication and onboarding skills, routinely enabling new hires to contribute within weeks. He prefers building systems from scratch and continuously improving workflows, and often pairs low-code accelerators with custom code to balance speed and scalability.
