Top SchoolAlejandro Bosquet is a Head of Software Engineering based in London with 13 years of hands-on experience leading web and cloud-native engineering teams across media, retail, and auction houses. He blends strategic technology leadership with deep full-stack craftsmanship—React, Node.js, Typescript, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes and Terraform—while championing TDD and CI/CD practices to drive reliable delivery. Alejandro has repeatedly moved projects from monoliths to microservices and optimized observability with Datadog and ElasticSearch, demonstrating an operator’s mindset as well as an architect’s view. Comfortable both as a manager and a senior individual contributor, he has a strong Drupal and content-platform background that informs pragmatic integrations and CMS-led product strategies. Colleagues describe him as a strategic technologist who balances delivery velocity with sustainable engineering, often surfacing less obvious improvements in CI pipelines and test automation that materially reduce operational toil.
