Top SchoolAlejandro Sabogal is a software engineer in Miami with eight years of experience building responsive front-ends and robust back-end APIs using JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node, and Ruby on Rails. He blends a creative background in audio engineering and music with technical discipline, treating code and composition with equal passion and attention to detail. At Cove and through freelance work he has shipped full-stack solutions—reservation systems, custom hotel sites, and onboarding flows—leveraging Styled Components, Firebase, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Trained at Flatiron School, he pairs formal web development rigor with hands-on production experience in hospitality and finance, enabling pragmatic product-minded engineering. Colleagues describe him as precise in backend architecture and efficient in crafting smart, accessible UIs. Outside engineering he brings an uncommon perspective from years mixing audio for film and TV, which informs his focus on user experience and polished delivery.
