Top SchoolAlek Sharma is an Associate Cinematic Producer at Larian Studios with 12 years of experience spanning software engineering, technical writing, developer advocacy, and game development. He blends a musician’s attention to tone and pacing with engineering discipline—having shipped backend features at Postmates and improved developer workflows and docs at CircleCI. At Larian he moved from dialogue editing to production roles, unblocking teams, optimizing processes, and tracking delivery to balance creative chaos with operational rigor. His open-source contributions to CircleCI’s docs show a knack for polishing technical content and establishing contributor workflows. Based in Dublin, he brings a rare mix of creative storytelling, technical fluency, and process design that helps teams turn narrative vision into shipped features.
