Top SchoolAleksandar Evangelatov is a Senior Software Engineer based in Bulgaria with six years of professional software experience, currently advancing through progressive engineering and support roles at Progress Software. He transitioned from technical support into software engineering and now holds a senior engineering title, demonstrating strong product-side institutional knowledge and a pragmatic bias for solving customer-facing issues. His background before tech includes clinical research and regulatory compliance roles, giving him uncommon domain rigor, attention to process, and experience working with high-stakes, regulated data. Aleksandar also completed intensive .NET training at Telerik Academy and holds advanced academic credentials in cell biology, reflecting a blend of formal research training and hands-on software education. Colleagues would find him effective at bridging engineering, support, and domain experts to deliver reliable solutions. He brings a methodical, research-informed mindset to engineering problems and a track record of growing responsibilities within the same organization.
