Top SchoolAleksandar Grbic is an engineering manager based in Copenhagen with 15+ years of hands-on experience turning ideas into user-focused products and leading teams toward technical ownership. He blends full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and architecture work—having driven major migrations to TypeScript, Fastify, and cost-saving auth solutions—while mentoring engineers into independent contributors. Aleksandar has repeatedly modernized legacy systems (React/TypeScript adoptions, SPA re-architectures) and built declarative platforms and UI libraries that empower product and non-UI teams. Founder of Programmer Network and a home data-center enthusiast, he balances production leadership with creator-driven community work and infrastructure experimentation. Known for a stoic, proactive approach, he partners closely with sales and customer success to accelerate adoption and shape product roadmaps through technical insight.
