Senior🎓
Top SchoolAleksandar Osenov is a Technical Lead with 9 years of experience building and guiding teams on high-performance Java and full-stack projects, currently leading engineering at Sqilline Health from Bulgaria. He combines deep Java/Spring expertise with modern front-end skills in TypeScript and React, and has driven significant system improvements like migrating Kafka to Redis Streams and cutting GCP costs through performance and storage optimizations. Known for raising code quality and mentoring junior engineers, he has repeatedly stepped into leadership roles to organize delivery, establish engineering standards, and recruit talent. Comfortable in distributed systems and cloud-native stacks (GCP, Docker, Redis, MongoDB), he’s curious about Rust, blockchain and React Native, signaling a willingness to evolve technical direction beyond his core Java strengths. An uncommon blend of technical leadership and cross-discipline education—from computer science to public relations—helps him translate business needs into pragmatic engineering outcomes.
