Top SchoolAleksandr Baumgertner is a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 14 years of hands-on experience building, refactoring, and operating web platforms across startups and large enterprises. He combines deep frontend expertise (legacy to React) with backend and API work (Node.js, Apigee), CI/CD, testing and observability to own full product lifecycles from requirements to production. At EPAM and earlier roles he led performance-driven refactors, authentication fixes, developer-experience improvements on AVD, and introduced modular architectures and Docker-based local workflows. Comfortable mentoring teams and writing SDLC documentation, he has a track record of stabilizing legacy codebases while scaffolding modern stacks and developer tooling. Based in Antalya, Türkiye, he focuses on edu-tech and startup projects and brings a pragmatic balance of shipping features and enforcing maintainability. An underrated strength is his knack for turning operational pain points into reproducible developer workflows that scale across distributed teams.
