Top SchoolAleksandr Moiseenko is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building and operating large-scale CI/CD and DevOps platforms. He has led teams of engineers and managed centralized services like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and SonarQube to support tens of thousands of builds per day, while optimizing uptime, performance and infrastructure costs. At Sberbank he designed a custom Jenkins distribution and change-management processes for hundreds of VMs; more recently at RingCentral he implemented GitOps change management and improved CI/CD resource efficiency. Aleksandr combines deep troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills with practical automation (Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD) and a track record of reducing release friction—once cutting embedded software deployment from days to minutes. Based in Tbilisi, he blends enterprise-scale reliability engineering with a pragmatic focus on operational cost and developer experience.
