Top SchoolAleksandr Rogozin is a Technical Road Manager and seasoned Site Reliability Engineer with 11 years of experience building and operating large-scale, production systems across Spotify, Squarespace, and other organizations. He combines deep hands-on expertise in Golang and Python with broad infrastructure knowledge—Kubernetes, AWS/GCE, Docker, and observability stacks like ELK and Graylog—to tame distributed systems and malicious traffic (DDoS/scraping) at scale. At Spotify he progressed from IAM and observability roles into leading AI Ops roadmapping, reflecting a mix of SRE craftsmanship and product-minded technical leadership. Aleksandr has practical experience across databases (MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra, Neo4j) and CI/CD/security tooling (Jenkins, Ansible, JFrog, Qualys), often building tooling to bridge developer workflows and operational needs. He also teaches and has built internal platforms and migration tooling, highlighting an ability to translate complex infrastructure into usable developer services. Based in the NYC metro area, he brings a pragmatic, systems-first approach and a track record of turning reliability problems into repeatable engineering solutions.
