Senior🎓
Top SchoolAleksandr Saprykin is a Transition & Transformation Principal with 16 years of experience delivering large-scale voice, contact centre and UC migrations across multi-country programs, currently leading design and delivery for BT’s Top 800 global customers. He combines deep telecom protocol and platform knowledge (SIP, H.323, ISDN, Avaya, Cisco, AudioCodes) with proven programme leadership—managing matrix teams, multimillion-pound contracts and third-party suppliers to hit financial and service targets. Aleksandr has repeatedly executed aggressive, high-risk migrations (tens of thousands of users and hundreds of sites) and builds the change governance and operational handovers that prevent post-cutover pain. Equally comfortable in technical labs building SIP platforms and in board-level stakeholder forums, he leverages an MSc in IT Project Management and a pragmatic, data-driven approach to resource and risk allocation. Colleagues value his ability to translate deep technical detail for commercial decision-making and his quick learning mindset, hinted at by a longtime personal fondness for C.
