Top SchoolAleksei Kosarev is a senior backend engineer with 9 years of professional experience and a strong focus on Python and Go for high-load, production systems. He has architected and optimized backends for fintech and consumer appsโmost recently building scalable, feature-driven Django services and Go microservices that cut latency by 40% and sustained 120 RPS in production. Aleksei blends hands-on engineering with team leadership, having led cross-functional teams, set up CI/CD, and driven 100% test coverage on critical paths. His work spans media processing pipelines, Telegram and mobile integrations, TON billing, and presigned S3 uploadsโshowing a knack for combining multimedia, realtime UX and blockchain-adjacent billing. Based in Portugal, he pairs academic depth (masters-level study in digital technologies and political science) with practical delivery across startups and financial services. Notably, he leverages race-condition protections and per-user caching patterns to harden authentication and performance in concurrent environments.
