Germany
Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolAleksei Kurnosenko is a senior full-stack engineer and hands-on leader based in Germany with over 15 years of commercial experience and a decade of sustained professional roles across startups and large tech organizations. He blends deep product instincts from founding Innawoods—a survival-themed game with hundreds of thousands of players—with enterprise-grade delivery as a Staff Engineer at Shopify and Engineering Manager at Zalando. Comfortable across web, backend, and mobile stacks, he has led cross-functional teams, defined technical vision, and implemented scalable architectures and CI/CD practices. Aleksei is equally pragmatic in shipping features and mentoring peers, having run hiring, onboarding, and performance programs while still contributing code. His uncommon combination of indie-game solo development and leadership at scale gives him a strong sense for user engagement, performance trade-offs, and product-driven engineering.
