Top SchoolAleksei Litvinau is a Principal AI Engineering Enabler with a decade-plus track record of turning high-load back-end and analytics experiments into reliable, production-grade systems across Rideshare, FinTech and healthcare. He blends hands-on architecture and coding with organizational strategy—having led ~100 engineers, elevated engineering maturity across large orgs, and personally run 100+ senior interviews to build resilient leadership. Recently he helped launch a digital pediatric product to market and investor showcases, and now focuses on scaling AI-assisted SDLCs and pilot-to-production delivery to shorten time-to-value without sacrificing reliability. Aleksei’s background spans Java, Python, Go and cloud-native analytics, and he’s pragmatic about cloud-agnostic cost savings (e.g., multi-million dollar wins). He pairs startup founder experience (CTO/CEO roles) with BigTech safety-critical system delivery, making him comfortable at the intersection of product, ML, and engineering ops. An uncommon strength: he deliberately shapes team skill distributions to reduce single-point dependencies while driving cross-functional adoption of engineering strategy.
