Top SchoolAleksei Rytikov is a seasoned back-end developer with 10 years of experience designing and leading production-grade distributed systems, currently contributing to Quinyx from Stockholm. He has led teams and architecture efforts at Wildberries and Citymobil, specializing in Go, PHP, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ and containerized deployments to replace monoliths with sharded, database-light services. As a former CTO and head of development, he pairs hands-on engineering with mentoring and cross-team coordination, often tackling load distribution and database avoidance strategies. His background from Bauman MSTU and long tenure at Nordavind reflect a strong systems-thinking foundation and appetite for operationally resilient, scalable back-end solutions.
