Senior🎓
Top SchoolAleksei Usharovskii is a seasoned Java/Kotlin software engineer with over a decade of experience building scalable backend systems, low-latency distributed services and real-time data pipelines across fintech, enterprise platforms and Android. He combines hands-on architecture, API design (REST, gRPC, protobuf, WebSockets) and messaging/streaming expertise (Kafka, RabbitMQ) with pragmatic DevOps skills including Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD. Aleksei has driven greenfield, message-driven trading systems using custom consensus logic and modern Kotlin toolchains, and previously led Spring Boot microservices and big-data integrations at Oracle. He’s also an experienced mentor and course author, translating complex topics like CI/CD and asynchronous architectures into practical learning, which reflects his knack for making systems both robust and teachable. Based in Prague, he pairs deep backend craftsmanship (Jakarta EE, Hibernate, SQL/NoSQL) with occasional frontend and legacy Android fluency, making him effective across full-stack delivery and migration projects. An analytical problem-solver, he often surfaces infrastructure-level improvements that reduce operational toil while improving system reliability.
