Top SchoolAleksey Pashinov is a Rust developer with a decade of software engineering experience, currently contributing to the Tycho protocol at Broxus from Moscow. He transitioned from embedded and positioning systems work at ЗАО "НТЦ ЭЛИНС" and Topcon to focus on blockchain and networking primitives in Rust since 2021. His academic background (BSc and MSc from MIET) underpins a strong foundation in information and communication technologies, which he applies to protocol design and reliable low-level code. Colleagues would describe him as a pragmatic engineer who bridges systems thinking with hands-on implementation, preferring correctness and performance over shortcuts. Though focused on private repositories and protocol work, his role on Tycho signals deep involvement in emerging decentralized infrastructure.
