Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolAleksi Martikainen is a versatile software developer from Tampere with 10 years of experience spanning embedded C, cloud-native systems, and full-stack/DevOps work. He has built automation and testing frameworks (Matlab, Python, Robot Framework) and designed a Kubernetes Operator in Go as part of his master’s thesis, then applied those skills at Nokia and other customers to enable cloud migrations and resilient deployments. At Gofore he worked across IoT, telecom, health devices and VR, moving fluidly between languages such as C#, Java, C++, Python and Go while shipping test automation and CI/CD solutions. Now at 61N he continues to pursue new technologies with a hands-on mentality and a background that bridges low-level hardware code to modern Kubernetes-driven architectures. Known also as an amateur game developer, he brings a lifelong curiosity—coding since age 12—and a proven appetite for tackling unfamiliar tech stacks.
