Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlessandro Balzano is a pragmatic Software Engineering Consultant with 14 years of experience delivering pragmatic, reliable systems across embedded C++ and modern JavaScript frontends. At Capgemini Engineering he blends low-level realtime and embedded expertise (C++, ThreadX, TI C67xx) with web and tooling work—Polymer/Angular/React frontends, ZeroMQ-based debugging tools, and Docker-deployed internal apps. He’s passionate about correctness, realtime distributed systems and test automation, and often uses Python to automate tedious tasks while exploring Rust for safer systems work. Comfortable translating strict standards and documentation requirements into working software, he’s equally at home building simulators and validation tooling for weapon and industrial systems as he is simplifying customer-facing websites. Based in Liguria, Italy, he combines systems-level depth with a front-end sensibility that keeps complex projects simple and useful.
