Top SchoolAlessandro Donini is an Associate Engineering Manager based in Milan with 10 years’ experience building customer-facing web and data-driven systems, currently shaping the Klarna Card experience. He blends hands-on full‑stack development (React/React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS) with people leadership—designing technical roadmaps, running cross-team standardization, and crafting individual growth plans for engineers. His background spans data visualization and ML-driven dashboards at Nokia and data-centric product work across healthcare and telecom, giving him a strong sense for translating complex data into usable interfaces. Known for moving between code and strategy, he still contributes to production front- and back-end code while enabling teams to own end-to-end outcomes. Unusually for a manager, he has a long history in both BI/ETL tooling and modern frontend component engineering, which helps him bridge legacy data systems and modern product development.
