Summary
🤩
Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAlessandro Martin is an experienced iOS software engineer with over a decade in tech and more than six years of commercial iOS development, currently bringing product-focused engineering to Runway from Las Palmas. He excels at bridging product, design, and engineering—prioritizing clear requirements, testable architectures, and pragmatic technology choices to avoid costly rework. A strong proponent of code review and mentorship, he uses reviews to grow less experienced teammates and to maintain high code quality. His background spans freelance projects and senior roles at Opensignal, where he handled end-to-end iOS responsibilities and architectural decisions. Unusually for an engineer, he also spent two decades managing a hospitality business in Venezuela, which gave him polished people and operational skills that inform his collaborative approach.
