Top SchoolAlessandro Stein is a Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of experience building and scaling web products, currently empowering creative professionals at Unscripted App for Photographers. He began coding in 2011 and has evolved from developer to technical leader, hiring and shaping high-performance teams and running cross-functional squads that blend product, design, and engineering. Expert in Ruby on Rails and modern front-end stacks (Vue.js, Stimulus, Turbo), he pairs pragmatic TDD and agile practices with hands-on DevOps on AWS and CI-driven workflows. At startups like Wedy he led early engineering efforts, released award-winning AI features, and owned customer development and integrations—demonstrating a founder-like sense of ownership. Comfortable moving between strategic leadership and the codebase, he brings a user-first mindset that treats engineers as product partners rather than just implementers. Based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he combines startup speed with disciplined delivery and a track record of shipping impactful, customer-focused software.
