Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlex Arro is a Senior Frontend Developer with 8 years of experience stabilizing and modernizing complex React applications and legacy front-ends across fintech, telecom, and enterprise education platforms. He specializes in architecture-driven refactors (FSD methodology), migrating large codebases to TypeScript and modern state management, and resolving performance bottlenecks for media-heavy apps. A pragmatic mentor and frequent code reviewer, he has led migrations from Redux to Effector, implemented enterprise file-download clients for large video content, and shaped shared tooling like UI kits, bundlers, and testing frameworks. Based in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, he combines deep low-level UI work (bundle optimizations, DOM migrations) with system-level thinking, making hard-to-change codebases easier to evolve while keeping delivery velocity high.
