Summary
👤
SeniorAlex Beletc is a CTO and entrepreneur with 9 years of hands-on experience building full-stack software and leading teams across blockchain, mobile, and security domains from Dubai. He co-founded Smart State DMCC focused on crypto financial network security and currently leads a stealth DeFi blockchain project designed for cross-network interoperability, high throughput, low fees, and minimal environmental impact. Prior to that he built and led GBooking’s mobile and blockchain teams, delivering a single codebase for iOS, Android and web while establishing new development practices. Comfortable both as a manager and a contributor, he blends product-first project management with deep engineering instincts and strong negotiation skills. Alex is fluent in design principles like SOLID and GRASP and enjoys bringing disciplined architecture to fast-moving, cross-disciplinary teams. Unexpectedly for a CTO, he’s also an evangelist for broadening programming literacy as a path to a more responsive, capable society.
