With a background spanning hands-on systems administration, technical account management, and senior support roles, he blends deep operational experience across Red Hat, HP, Unisys and major telcos with clear instructional design. Based in Mexico City, he leverages an engineering education in physics/mathematics to distill complex platform topics into usable learning assets and customer-facing guidance.
