Top SchoolAlex Dalitz is an Oxford-educated software consultant with 19 years’ experience building everything from low-level embedded systems and mobile software to large-scale, real-time distributed architectures. He has a strong track record of shipping durable systems—several projects he led remain in production years later—and has architected Big Data solutions capable of storing and querying trillions of documents in real time. Comfortable as an individual contributor or technical leader, he has served as CTO and chief technical adviser, and now runs Caerketton Tech where he consults and directs engineering efforts. He blends hands-on coding with mentoring and team leadership, often tackling high-concurrency and real-time analytics challenges that span the full stack. Based in Oxford, he is equally at home with startups and multinationals, bringing rigorous engineering discipline shaped by his academic background and long-term operational experience.
