Summary
👤
SeniorAlex Dresko is a seasoned software developer with over two decades of experience delivering web applications, process automation, and large-scale refactors for businesses, government, and education. Comfortable as an individual contributor or project lead, he brings deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem (since its 1.0 beta), C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework, and modern front-end tooling like TypeScript and SPAs. He pairs pragmatic engineering principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS) with hands-on skills in performance tuning, security, CI/TFS automation, and SSO/SAML integrations. A longtime maker who treats development as both craft and hobby, Alex runs his own site AlexDresko.com and currently builds software at Stark RFID, having previously led internal systems at Consumers' Choice and modernized millions of lines of accounting code. Notably, his background spans legacy platforms (SharePoint, Web Forms, WCF) to cloud and Node.js, giving him a rare ability to bridge old and new systems during large migrations.
