👤
SeniorAlex Fehr is a Software Engineer II with over a decade of hands-on experience, currently building software at OpenEye from his base in Post Falls, Idaho. His passion for programming began in middle school robotics and matured through a Computer Science degree at LeTourneau University, where he focused on application development, data structures, networks, and algorithms. Alex brings practical experience across C#, Java, C++, and Python, and has moved between help-desk support, internship development, and professional engineering roles—giving him both customer-facing troubleshooting chops and production coding discipline. He’s comfortable taking projects from concept to deployment, informed by internships and real-world support work that sharpened his debugging and systems-integration skills. Colleagues value his blend of academic rigor and hands-on problem solving, plus a persistent curiosity rooted in building things since his FIRST Lego League days. As he advances his career, he looks to contribute to teams that apply technology to solve tangible problems and improve client outcomes.
