Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlex Freas is a seasoned software leader and entrepreneur with 14 years of experience building product-led engineering teams and mobile-first user experiences. As CTO and Co-Founder of VeryGood, he’s architecting a sales automation stack that layers on an open-source CRM to help early-stage founders operationalize go-to-market processes. He’s repeatedly founded and shipped security- and knowledge-focused products—from Encamera’s on-device encrypted media to Truffle’s Slack knowledge extraction—demonstrating a knack for turning real workplace friction into elegant tools. A hands-on engineer with deep iOS and full-stack roots, Alex has moved between startups and enterprise roles (Blinkist, Wayfair, Scout24) while also consulting to integrate AI features into collaboration apps. Based in Berlin and trained in mathematics and computer science, he blends analytical rigor with product intuition and a preference for building practical, incremental automation that founders can adopt quickly.
