Top SchoolAlex Goryachev is a Forbes-recognized AI and innovation leader with 10 years of focused experience incubating and scaling AI products across enterprise and startup contexts. Currently Head of Artificial Intelligence at a stealth startup in San Diego, he designs intelligent agents and GTM ecosystems for the future of work while previously launching Generative AI offerings at Dell and leading enterprise AI programs at Amgen. His two-decade-plus track record at Cisco built global innovation centers and a $1.1B portfolio that generated hundreds of millions in new revenue, demonstrating rare fluency across strategy, productization, and ecosystem partnerships. A serial founder and sought-after keynote speaker with 250+ engagements, Alex blends practical MVP delivery with policy-aware AI governance and hands-on training programs. Less obvious: he pairs high-level corporate transformation experience with on-the-ground incubation skills, consistently moving ideas from pilots to marketable services.
