Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlex Graber is a product-minded Lead AI/ML Engineer with nine years of experience building agentic systems, retrieval-first NLP, and GenAI solutions for enterprise products. At PMI he has progressed from Data Scientist to leading AI/ML efforts, shipping prototype and production ML services on Azure Kubernetes and deploying recommendation, forecasting, and personalization systems integrated via Redis-backed FastAPI endpoints. He combines hands-on model work (OpenAI LLMs, Hugging Face/PyTorch) with MLOps discipline—experiment tracking, artifact versioning, CI/CD, and private pip packaging—to shorten iteration cycles and reduce technical debt. Alex is equally comfortable mentoring teams and defining engineering standards, having guided junior data scientists and established SOPs for testing and deployment. Based in Lower Merion Township, he brings a researcher’s rigor from earlier analytics and market-research roles and a pragmatic focus on turning prototypes into product features.
