Top SchoolAlex Graffeo-cohen is a Senior Software Developer with 12 years of experience building user-focused products across Rails, React, Ember, and native iOS. He blends a liberal-arts background in writing with formal web-development training, which informs his strengths in product thinking, UX-driven engineering, and clear technical communication. Alex has led engineering teams and shaped architecture and roadmaps at WeSpire, helped rebuild SeeClickFix’s iOS app from the ground up in Swift, and now contributes to Shopify-scale systems. He favors test-driven development, pair programming, and pragmatic object design cultivated early in his career, and he brings a maker’s curiosity to side projects—designing board games and building companion React Native and Rails tooling to support them. Notably, his cross-discipline approach surfaces in how he integrates narrative design into software workflows to improve user engagement.
