Top SchoolAlex Graveley is a veteran software leader with 25 years of experience building developer-facing products and privacy-preserving systems from open-source roots to AI-first startups. He created or led seminal projects including GitHub Copilot, Dropbox Paper (from Hackpad), Perplexity’s Comet browser, and early privacy crypto work at MobileCoin, demonstrating a knack for shipping collaborative and agentive tooling. Based in San Francisco, he blends deep systems engineering—dating back to libsoup and GNOME contributions—with product leadership as a founder and principal architect. Notably, his work repeatedly translates research-grade ideas (AI pair programming, secure enclaves) into widely used, production services.
