Top SchoolAlex Gref is an aviation certification and airworthiness leader with nearly two decades of hands-on experience spanning licensed maintenance, design verification, and continuing airworthiness management. Currently heading Certification and the Office of Airworthiness at Daedalean, he drives EASA Part-21J and dual EASA/FAA STC efforts for autonomous flight systems, blending regulatory rigor with machine-learning product challenges. He also runs a FOCA-approved, Part-CAMO consultancy, demonstrating commercial acumen and practical owner/operator support for business jets and the Pilatus PC-24. Alex pairs technical grounding as a former engine mechanic and licensed B1 engineer with strategic skills from an Executive MBA and applied data science training—an unusual mix that helps bridge engineering, compliance, and emerging autonomy. Fluent in multiple languages and experienced across European and US certification frameworks, he is known for building compliant organisations from the ground up while navigating complex import/export and cross-regulatory projects.
