Top SchoolAlex Grover is a Cloud Solution Architect based in London with a decade of hands-on experience architecting and delivering enterprise cloud and collaboration solutions. After earning a First Class degree in Computer Science from the University of Surrey, he progressed from application support and configuration management roles into consulting on the HPE Graduate Scheme before specialising in SharePoint development and migrations. At HPE he automated full SharePoint 2016 environment rollouts and engineered bespoke migration pipelines for air-gapped networks into SharePoint Online and OneDrive, utilising C#, PowerShell, CSOM and Azure Blob Storage. Now at Microsoft he applies that deep Microsoft 365 and cloud platform expertise to design scalable, secure solutions for large organisations. He combines a pragmatic consulting mindset with developer-level fluency in automation and migration tooling, often working where compliance and complex legacy environments meet cloud adoption. Colleagues rely on him to turn messy, multi-source data and configuration challenges into repeatable, auditable cloud delivery patterns.
