🤩
RockstarAlex Janes is an Identity and Access Management Engineer and Azure/Microsoft 365 architect with over a decade of hands-on IT experience, now focused on enterprise IAM at Datasite. He has led cloud migrations, Azure AD identity governance, and conditional access deployments that reduced support overhead and hardened security across organizations. At Adagio Health he drove measurable savings and automation—migrating legacy Exchange/SharePoint to M365, cutting phone costs, and building a bespoke C#/.NET Core badge and Teams provisioning system that removed IT bottlenecks. Comfortable bridging sysadmin roots and development, he contributes as a full‑stack developer to open-source tooling for data parsing and integrations, showing a pragmatic blend of scripting, config tuning, and test-driven changes. Based in Pittsburgh, he combines operational discipline with a knack for automating identity workflows to simplify secure collaboration for both internal and B2B users.
