Top SchoolAlex Kolesnikov is a serial founder and CEO with 11 years of startup leadership experience, currently scaling Sizl, a tech-driven dark kitchen chain in Chicago. With a foundation in mathematical economics from MIPT and an early career in strategy consulting and finance, he transitioned to operational leadership at Groupon where he helped drive an IPO-adjacent growth phase. He has founded five companies across fintech, workspace hospitality, smart furniture and foodtech—four of which exited—and launched RocketBank, a 100% mobile retail bank. A hands-on technologist (Golang, TypeScript, React, Vue, Python) who began in Khabarovsk, Alex combines product-first digital transformation with operational rigor to redesign conservative markets at scale. His ventures emphasize reimagined customer experience through tech and gamification, and his track record includes building Local Kitchen from incorporation to 3,000+ employees. He balances CEO-level strategy with practical engineering fluency and active angel investing.
