Top SchoolAlex Lemanski is a seasoned engineering leader with over 14 years of hands-on and management experience shipping web and mobile products, currently leading DevOps and platform reliability efforts for a state agency. He has repeatedly scaled and transformed teams—most recently at HPE where he cut release-blocking bugs by ~85% and at Luna/Ditto where he replatformed a jQuery SDK to React, scaled teams 3x, and drove a 4x faster shipping cadence with far fewer defects. Alex blends front-end craftsmanship (Webpack, React, Playwright) with practical DevOps and CI/CD expertise (GitHub Actions, OpenShift, containers) to shorten release cycles and improve code quality. He’s comfortable across AI/ML platforms, virtual try-on systems used by millions, and mission-critical government services, and he prioritizes thoughtful engineering, strong collaboration, and remote-first team health. An early UX-and-design-trained developer who presented at SXSW, he brings a designer’s attention to performance and accessibility alongside data-driven process improvement.
