Top SchoolAlex Louden is a product engineer with 13 years’ experience building elegant web, iOS and IoT products, currently crafting award-winning apps at Bonobo and Moleskine Digital Studio. An Apple Design Award winner for Flow, he blends a mechatronics engineering background with hands-on work in computer vision, machine learning and data science to deliver tightly integrated hardware-software experiences. At Bonobo he operates in a flat, cross-disciplinary environment and plays a strategic role in product direction while also serving on the board of Switch Technologies. His career spans startups and product teams—from systems and mechatronics roles to shipping consumer apps downloaded by millions—showing a rare comfort moving between low-level engineering and polished user-facing design. Based in Perth, he’s as likely to prototype hardware as ship a refined iOS interaction, bringing pragmatic creativity to technically complex problems.
