Top SchoolAlex Ludwig is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of IT experience who now leads Pluragon IT and serves as Flexible C-Suite's CIO, specializing in cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and digital transformation. He progressed from hands-on systems and datacenter roles in automotive and virtualization to senior IT leadership and ISO 27001 data center governance in Germany, then transitioned to CTO/CIO and fractional leadership roles across Canadian startups and media. Alex combines technical depth in virtualization, security, and infrastructure with an MBA-focused strategic lens on macroeconomics and business outcomes, enabling IT programs that measurably improve operations and compliance. He has a track record of aligning on-site and offshore teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms and has repeatedly guided organizations through cloud migrations and security hardening. An engineer by training from Siemens and now based in Halifax, he blends pragmatic systems experience with board-level perspective—an uncommon mix that helps founders and executives turn technical debt into strategic advantage.
