Top SchoolAlex Lyalin is a Full Stack Engineer with 8 years of experience building high-performance web applications and leading frontend teams across startups and enterprise projects. He began his career converting PSDs to HTML and debugging legacy browsers, and now designs complex, real-time form-driven systems using Angular, React, and Vue with CSR/SSR/SSG approaches. Alex has repeatedly improved delivery velocity by creating CI/CD pipelines, introducing trunk-based workflows, linking GitLab CI to S3 for branch previews, and architecting monorepos for multi-app ecosystems. He led teams at Gett and Manufactura, mentoring juniors and scaling releases from monthly to multiple times per week while keeping Lighthouse-grade performance in mind. Currently at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, he combines hands-on frontend work with process design to reliably ship features in regulated environments. Colleagues know him as the engineer who still enjoys hunting down browser quirks—Safari and legacy IE taught him durable debugging instincts that pay off in complex production systems.
